Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 

Ripe golden peaches, honey melon, nectarines and passionfruit with a generous splash of cassis and a sprinkle of lime zest. 

Crisp, clean and bracingly dry on the palate, the crystalline purity of the wine is the standout feature in its youth.

The 2020 Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted nose of ripe apricots, brioche and toasted hazelnuts with a hint of flinty complexity.

Full bodied and concentrated with layers of ripe Damson plum, boysenberry and dark chocolate. The texture is silky smooth with hints of Christmas spice, black liqourice and a toasty finish.

Inviting aromas of plum with warm spices, chocolate and hints of toasted oak, the gentle palate of sweet raspberries has silky fine tannins and a satisfying dry mineral finish.”

An elegant wine of dark red berry fruits, dried herbs and spicy savoury notes. There are complex layers of spice, earthy cedar and forest floor.
