We have included all the booze in our cocktail mix along with a delicious plum powder for rimming your glass, and berry and rhubarb clouds for popping on top of your daiquiri – all you bring to the party is ice and glasses. Our instruction card provides easy versions of both frozen and shaken daiquiris that can be served up in just moments, so you can pick whichever suits your preferences. The rosy glow comes from extraordinary Moroccan strawberries that add a sweet bite to this delicious white-rum cocktail, along with a hint of tart from incredible New Zealand limes. Watch how to make a Strawberry Daiquiri

Shaken Strawberry Daiquiri
Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of an ice-cold glass then dip into the plum rimming powder.
Pour chilled Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail mix (110ml per cocktail) into a shaker along with a generous amount of ice. Vigorously shake for 10–20 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass then stir in a splash (1 tablespoon) of soda water.
Top with a Magic Berry Cloud and a mint leaf, and enjoy!

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of an ice-cold glass then dip into the plum rimming powder.
Pour chilled Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail mix (110 ml per cocktail) into a blender along with a splash of soda water (1 tablespoon per cocktail) and a generous amount of ice. Blend to achieve a smooth consistency.
Scoop into the prepared glass, top with a Magic Berry Cloud and a mint leaf, and enjoy!

Though many beachfront bars serve this cocktail as a frozen slush, if you’re old-school then the classic version is shaken. The shaken cocktail is a little easier to make because there's no blender involved.
