  • Do you deliver?

    We sure do! We dispatch Auckland wide every working week day and Nationwide Monday – Wednesday.

  • What if I need my cocktail kit and the other items in my order today or tomorrow?

    Although pickup is not an option but if you are in Auckland or nearby you are welcome to phone Gault’s Deli on 09 269 6373, the Team at Gault’s Deli will work with you.

  • How many servings do I get if I buy a Gault’s Cocktail Kit?

    The volume of each Gault’s cocktail mix, number of standard drinks in the mix, and the approximate number of serves you’ll be able to get – depending on which of our many serving suggestions you use – are shown in the table at the bottom of this page.

  • What is the alcohol content of Gault’s Cocktail mixes?

    The alcohol content of each premium cocktail mix varies but can be found in the table at the bottom of this page.

  • Do you have alcohol-free options?

    Yes, we do. Please see the Strawberry Daiquiri Mocktail.

  • How long do Gault’s Cocktail mixes last?

    Our handcrafted cocktails are fresh, should be stored chilled and best consumed within two weeks.

  • Are your products gluten-free?

    Yes – our Cocktail mixes are gluten free, though not coeliac-safe. Whilst made with gluten free products the mixes may contain traces of gluten as they’re made in a kitchen that also produces items containing gluten.  Some Cocktail Extras such as Espresso Fizz and Hamper products contain gluten – see the next question.

  • Do your products contain any allergens?

    The Cocktail mixes and cocktail ingredients we produce contain or may contain the allergens listed in the table at the bottom of the page. [Note to be added re gourmet deli items from Gault’s Deli]

  • Are your cocktail mixes vegan?

    Yes – no animal products or by-products are used in our cocktails. The only Cocktail that isn’t is the Strawberry Daiquiri due to the use of Gelatin in the Magic Strawberry Cloud garnish.
