How our Subscriptions Work

We're excited to be able to offer Gault Cocktails as a subscription so you have the convenience of regular, repeat deliveries at intervals that suit you. By signing up, we are able to offer a discount on each recurring subscription charge.

We store your payment details securely and we'll only change you when we arrange each of your deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Our subscription auto-renew at the end of their three month duration but we do allow you to pause and cancel your subscription.

What Subscriptions do you offer?

We currently offer you the ability to subscribe to deliveries for a 3 month period, that auto renews.

Each 3 months you can decide whether you would like to receive 1 cocktail kit each month, 1 each fortnight or 1 each week.

Can I cancel my subscription before I've received all my orders?

Yes, if you want to change your subscription, you can do it at any time by signing into your account, which you can do on our website here or from the links in your confirmation emails.

If you wish to cancel your account we do ask you to email us to do so, you can do this by emailing us at info@gaultscocktails.co.nz. 

Please note, we will apply a charge-back for the discount received on all fulfilled orders. The charge-back will be the difference between the regular price of your selected cocktail kit and your special offer price for the subscription you purchased.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, we can pause your subscription for you, this might be useful for instance if you are going away on holiday.

When you choose to pause your subscription, it will simply extend your subscription period until each order in your subscription has been fulfilled. To pause your subscription simply visit your customer account here and select pause or use the link on your order confirmation email. 

You can pause your subscriptions for up to three months.

How do I pause my subscription?

  • Head to your Account here (if you don't have an account you can still view, edit and cancel your subscription through the link in your subscription email)
  • Head to Subscriptions, and Manage

Can I change the products in my subscription?

You certainly can. You will need to do this midnight on the Sunday before your next delivery date is scheduled.

If you forget to make a change and want to make it within the week of your delivery, we ask that you look to call us to see if we can help.
