This delicious, ever so slightly sweet tart Cherry Christmas Cocktail is the perfect antidote to covid gloom. What makes it so good? I have sourced the revered Morello cherries from Serbia as the hero in this cocktail along with a medley of five well-paired spirits (vodka, cointreau, gin, rum and tequila), a splash of NZ lime and our secret cocktail syrup. It’s sure to liven up any Christmas party. It’s as easy as pouring the Cherry Christmas over ice and dropping in a few dried cherries, then finally pouring in a healthy splash of NZ Kima Kola, which has a subtle blend of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg with a hint of Madagascar bourbon vanilla.

Beautifully packaged in four-serving and ten-serving bottles, these cocktails look as good as they taste. Our kit includes everything you need with the exception of ice and glasses.

  • Fresh mint leaves   (Auckland only)
  • 1 jar dried cherries
  • 6 dried lemon rounds
  • 2 bottles East Imperial Kima Kola

Kit serving 10 includes (1Litre):

Store the bottle of Christmas Cherry Cocktail in the refrigerator, and consume by the best-before date.

Christmas Cherry Cocktail

  1. Fill a tall, chilled glass almost to the top with ice.
  2. Add in a few dried cherries then pour in chilled Gault’s Christmas Cherry Cocktail until the glass is 3/4 filled.
  3. Top with chilled Kima Kola and stir. Garnish with the mint sprig, spear your straw through a dried lemon round, and enjoy!
