Combined with the modern addition of ever-so-slightly-sour plum rimming powder and Magic Berry Clouds, it’s a guaranteed showstopper.

- 1L Gault’s cocktail bottle
- 1 fresh lime or lemon
- 1 bottle East Imperial soda water
- 9 Magic Berry Clouds
- 1 jar plum rimming powder
- Fresh mint (Auckland only)

Shaken Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of an ice-cold glass then dip into the plum rimming powder.
Pour chilled Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail mix (110 ml per cocktail) into a shaker along with a generous amount of ice. Vigorously shake for 10–20 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass then stir in a splash (1 tablespoon) of soda water.
Top with a Magic Berry Cloud and a mint leaf, and enjoy!
Frozen Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of an ice-cold glass then dip into the plum rimming powder.
Pour chilled Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail mix (110 ml per cocktail) into a blender along with a splash of soda water (1 tablespoon per cocktail) and a generous amount of ice. Blend to achieve a smooth consistency.
Scoop into the prepared glass, top with a Magic Berry Cloud and a mint leaf, and enjoy!
